The Caiman Tow‑Behind Magnetic Sweeper is designed to efficiently remove metal debris such as nails, screws, wire, and discarded fabrication pieces while being towed across job sites. By preventing flat tyres, it reduces costs, interruptions, and delays. With an 82‑inch sweeping width, it covers large areas quickly and attaches easily to vehicles using a 2‑inch ball coupler with six adjustable hitch height settings.
The Caiman can lift a 2½‑inch nail from 10½ inches above the ground, providing strong pickup power even in dirt and gravel. The sweeping height can be adjusted continuously from 2 to 6 inches using the top link system. Its torsion ride suspension smooths out rough terrain, while the wrap‑around design prevents debris from falling off even if the pan touches the ground.
Cleaning is simple thanks to the spring‑assisted debris release system, which minimizes operator effort and bending. The sweeper is powered by permanently charged grade C8 magnets, fully enclosed in stainless steel for durability. Heavy‑duty steel frame construction, stainless steel debris pan, and hub/spindle wheels ensure long‑lasting performance in demanding industrial and commercial environments.
