Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. There is no restocking fee for items returned in accordance with the procedures outlined below.
Please email us at sales@msamagnetics.com (Australia: sales@msamagnetics.au) before returning any products.
We accept returns on all magnets returned in original, resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped in a rigid box to comply with UPS and FedEx regulations. Returns shipped via USPS, or in an envelope or padded mailer, will not be accepted.
Please allow 3–4 weeks for return refund processing from the date we receive your item, as all products are individually inspected for damage and signs of use. We do not accept returns on magnets that have been damaged due to improper handling or that show signs of wear.
Custom orders are not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original agreed-upon specifications.
Delivery Failure Due to an Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded the value of the order minus original shipping and any return shipping charges.
If you would like your order reshipped, an additional shipping fee will apply, as return postage costs are not reimbursed by the carrier. Orders refused by the recipient are also subject to outbound and return shipping charges.
Damaged Shipment
All shipments received in visibly damaged condition must be reported to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt.
Damage claims must be reported to MSA Magnetics within 2 days of receiving your shipment so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. Please retain all original boxes and packing materials, as the carrier may require inspection of the damaged packaging and products.
Incomplete or Incorrect Shipment
If you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Please note that some products are very small and may be difficult to locate in packing materials — we ask that you thoroughly check all packaging contents before submitting a claim. Contact us at sales@msamagnetics.com (Australia: sales@msamagnetics.au) to report any shortage or discrepancy. Replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of MSA Magnetics.
Exceptions
Items must be free of debris at the time of return.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Custom or made to order products that are ordered are not eligible for return.
